At Just Add Bling we want you to be happy with your purchase.


FULL Refunds or store credits are available for all full-priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or credit and any received thereafter may be denied. Please log in to your account and view your order and contact us.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and swing tickets. Once Just Add Bling has received your returned item/s, they will be inspected before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Just Add Bling will not be issued a refund. If posting, we recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Just Add Bling. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Just Add Bling account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment has originally come from.

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Just Add Bling reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition (excluding faulty items)

We take all care to ensure that our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you to ensure a high level of quality.

We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

If you believe your garment has a fault or you have received the incorrect item, please do contact us immediately.  We will then send you a postage pre paid label or a prepaid satchel so that you are not out of pocket for your return. Refunds will be issued for faulty items to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from. .

Please note that all faulty garments will be assessed accordingly & will not be accepted if the garment has been noticeably worn or soiled. All faulty returned garments must abide by our Returns Policy specifications.

Just Add Bling reserves the right to allow returns at our discretion. Further information on your rights on returns, please visit the ACCC website.
